Resilience
When faced with a natural disaster, health concern, tragedy, or problems with a relationship, work, or school, resilience is how well a person can adapt to the events in their life. A person with good resilience can bounce back more quickly and with less stress than someone whose resilience is less developed. Events will negatively impact us in our lives. It is your responsibility to cultivate the skill of resilience to be able to bounce back as quickly as possible to be able to continue enjoying your life.
